Free for helpers. Seekers pay a service fee that is shown transparently in euros before booking. Repeat bookings with the same helper receive a loyalty discount. No lead fees, no subscription, no sign-up fee.
Automated suggestions can help categorize your task and show a price range for orientation. Helpers see the same range and can make their own offer. Matching can consider distance, skills, ratings, and availability.
For helpers, the ID is checked through Stripe Identity and proof is kept on file. The condition is documented with photos at handover and return. Payment is processed via Stripe at booking, and payout to the helper follows your confirmation. You can open a dispute in the app if needed. Beezybee is an intermediary platform; contracts are made directly between users. Insurance is not currently included.
As an owner, you set the price, our AI suggests fair daily rates (1-3% of item value). Example: Drill (value €120) → ~€2.50/day. Completely free for you as an owner; the renter pays a service fee shown transparently before booking. The payment is processed via Stripe at booking. Secure payment processing and photo documentation included.
Tasks requiring professional licensing are not allowed on Beezybee and are removed. This includes electrical work, gas and heating work, medical treatments, and legal and tax advice. Automated checks may support enforcement of this rule.
For tasks, ID checks through Stripe Identity with proof on file, photo documentation, Stripe payment with payout after confirmation, and the in-app dispute process provide clear procedures. As a self-employed helper, you are responsible for your own insurance coverage. Beezybee is an intermediary platform; contracts are made directly between users. Insurance is not currently included. In case of damage, the renter is liable under statutory provisions. After confirmation by the client, the agreed amount is released immediately. Payout to your bank account happens within 2-3 business days via Stripe.
Fair for both sides: The rental period starts at handover, not the booking date. For shipped items, it counts from the day of delivery. The rental ends when the item is back with the owner. You only pay for days you can actually use the item.
